Under Regulation 7 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, the Responsible Person for any high-rise residential building must carry out monthly checks on key firefighting equipment.

If a fault is found and cannot be fixed within 24 hours, it must be reported to the local Fire and Rescue Service.
Once that fault has been repaired, the responsible person must notify the Fire and Rescue Service again.

This form should only be used to report the rectification of faults that have already been reported to us.
