Our community fire stations have excellent meeting room facilities that are available to hire for organisations, community groups and county council departments. We currently hire meeting rooms of various sizes at both Pegswood Community Fire Station and our headquarters at West Hartford.
Our meeting rooms feature multimedia facilities including computers, speakers, screens and projectors Flip charts are available on request. We can also provide catering and refreshments if required.
We have rooms of different sizes, which can accommodate up to 60 people. Catering including: tea, coffee and biscuits, sandwiches, savoury nibbles and hot buffets can be provided at an additional charge. We need at least five working days notice for catering requests.
